A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person working for E, who is a collaborative company within the D factory in Seongbuk-gu, Changwon-si, Sungwon-si, and the victim F (25 years) is a person working for the above company together.

On August 20, 2017, at around 11:10, the Defendant: (a) carried the victim’s face at once on the victim’s face on the ground that the victim’s attitude on the victim’s work is called “Iss weather” before shipping the D Factory A1 Dong-gu, Changwon-si; (b) carried the victim’s head at around 14 days, and sprinked the victim’s wall that requires treatment between 14 days, after taking the tight part of the wooden material in front of the victim’s face; and (c) paid the incidental part when taking the tight part of the wooden material in front of the victim’s face, which is a dangerous thing with a length of 1 meter; and (d) carried the tight powder, which is a dangerous thing in front of the victim’s head at the end of the victim’s head.
