Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives a Chump motor vehicle.

Around 08:40 on February 9, 2014, the Defendant driven the above passenger vehicle and turned it to the direction of the triarch in the direction of the passenger ship terminal at the same time as that of the dong-gym intersection.
