Punishment of the crime

On April 15, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court on April 15, 2016, and was provisionally released on February 28, 2017, and the execution of the sentence was completed on June 23, 2017.

1. On February 13, 2018, at around 03:00, the Defendant opened the door of a vehicle parked in the third floor parking lot of Samsung C, Samsung Swit, which was located in Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu, Seocho-gu, Seoul, for the purpose of 122, and cut off the door of a victim D, which was not corrected, while printing stolen objects, after cutting off the door of a vehicle of the victim D, the Defendant cut off the door of the vehicle of the victim’s Ewd, which was located in the ridge between the Twits and cut off, with a golf set of KRW 6 million in the market price owned by the victim.

2. On February 24, 2018, at around 04:00, the Defendant opened a door of a vehicle parked in the fourth basement underground parking lot of “G” located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, and stolen objects, and cut off the door of the victim H I SM5 vehicle that was not corrected during the coloring of stolen objects by cutting off the door of the victim H’s I SM5 vehicle, and then cut off the door containing golf sets in an amount of KRW 5,000,000,000 in the market value of the vehicle located in the ridge.

3. 피고인은 2018. 3. 7. 새벽 경 서울 서초구 신반포로 270에 있는 ‘ 반 포자 이 아파트’ 지하 주차장에 침입하여 주차되어 있는 차량들의 문을 열어 보며 훔칠 물건을 물색하던 중 시정되어 있지 않은 소유자 불상의 차량 문을 잡아당겨 연 뒤 트렁크에 들어 있던 피해자 C 소유의 시가 135만 원 상당의 여성용 샤넬 장 지갑을 꺼 내 들고 가 절취하였다.
