The reasoning of this court's judgment is as follows: (a) except where the Seoul Central District Court 2016Kahap195 "Seoul Central District Court 2016Kadan81340 "Seoul Central District Court 2016Kadan81340" in the fourth 17th of the judgment of the court of first instance, it is identical to the reasoning of the judgment of the first instance;

(1) The Defendants’ appeal is dismissed, and the judgment of the court of first instance is justifiable in view of the testimony of the witness C at the court of first instance as well as the fact-finding of the court of first instance, even if the witness at the court of first instance duly adopted and examined by the court of first instance.
