A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant and the victim B(the age of 42) are internal relations, and the victim C(the age of 1) is the children of the defendant and the victim B(the age of 75). The victim D(the age of 75) is the operator of F in Busan Northern-gu E and the victim G(the age of 42) is the employee of the above Schlage as D's children.

1. Around 00:08 on June 2, 2019, the Defendant: (a) on the part of the Defendant’s residence in the He apartment house located in Busan Northern-gu, Busan, which is the Defendant; (b) on the grounds that the Defendant was aware of drinking alcohol in the house of the Defendant’s friendship before the victim’s assistance was made; (c) on the part of the Defendant, the Defendant continued to drink drinking alcohol; (d) after cutting the son’s disease, which is a dangerous object in which the victim B was drinking, the Defendant got off the son’s back to the son; and (e) broken the son’s disease by cutting the son’s back water one time; and (e) putting the son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s her defense; and (e.)

As a result, the defendant carried dangerous articles and inflicted an injury on the victim B, and at the same time, inflicted an injury on the victim C.

2. On June 2, 2019, at around 00:12, the Defendant interfered with the business, as described in paragraph (1), entered the Defendant’s assaulted B, as described in paragraph (1), and followed the Defendant’s escape from the nearby Schlage, and the victim D prevented the Defendant from entering the said Schlage by avoiding the disturbance of approximately 13 minutes, such as getting off the 13 minutes of the disturbance by getting off the Defendant’s head from the cooling season, putting the Defendant into the Defendant’s head, putting the Defendant into the cooling zone, putting him/her up his/her bath, breaking him/her out, and pushing him/her with his/her hand.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the victim's business by force.

3. On June 2, 2019, the injured Defendant: (a) around 00:16, as described in paragraph (2), was at the price of a drinking face from the Victim G; (b) the injured Defendant was at the price of a drinking face.
