1. The Defendant shall pay KRW 36,130,50 to the Plaintiff the annual rate of KRW 15% from April 8, 2017 to the date of complete payment.

Facts of recognition
On July 14, 2016, the Plaintiff and the Defendant concluded a labor contract (hereinafter referred to as “first contract”) with the content of production and supply in two parts from the 1st of SHIPING FRAE Ma1 to the 1st of Ma5th of each MaMa.
On July 14, 2016, the Plaintiff and the Defendant concluded a labor contract with the content of production and supply in two parts from CASIN Ma1 to Ma5, respectively (including value-added tax) on the contract amount of KRW 10,296,00 (including value-added tax) (hereinafter “second contract”).
On August 3, 2016, the Plaintiff and the Defendant entered into a labor contract (hereinafter “third contract”) with the content of production and supply of two parts from the 1st of SHIPING FRE Ma1 to the 1st of Ma6th of Ma6th of each contract amount of KRW 85,184,00 (including value added tax).
On the other hand, all of the contracts 1 through 3 were settled at the end of each month, and the defendant paid the contract price in cash to the plaintiff by the end of the following month.
The Plaintiff’s performance of the contract and the Defendant’s payment of the price were completed by August 30, 2016 in accordance with the first contract.
On the other hand, the plaintiff received 3,534,300 won out of the contract price of 23,562,000 won from the defendant, and 870,000 won out of the contract price of the above contract price, and 2,10,000 won for transportation is a person who should be deducted.
On August 22, 2016, the Plaintiff completed the supply of eight parts, including TPP CASING Ma5, Ma4-2 on August 25, 2016, Ma3-2 on September 3, 2016, Ma3-2 on September 23, 2016, and Ma2-2 on September 23, 2016, and the remainder Ma1-2 were not supplied.
The plaintiff has not been paid 8,236,800 won for the contract for the above 8-mentioned eight parties who completed the supply until now.
By September 27, 2016, the Plaintiff completed the supply of SHIPPING FRE by September 27, 2016.
On the other hand, the Plaintiff received KRW 73,348,00 out of the contract price of KRW 85,184,000 from the Defendant, and KRW 1,00,000 out of the contract price.
