1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On July 5, 2013, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”) with D on the condition that the lease deposit was KRW 60,000,000 (hereinafter “the instant lease deposit”) and for two years from September 1, 2013, the Plaintiff paid KRW 50,000,000 from D for intermediate payment and remainder to D, and the Plaintiff paid KRW 50,000,000 to D for the lease deposit.

B. D, as a security for the obligation to return the lease deposit of this case on July 25, 2013, the Plaintiff completed the registration of the establishment of a chonsegwon of KRW 310,000,000 for the instant bath bath (the Plaintiff also leased the bath bath Baner from D, and KRW 250,000,000 out of the said KRW 310,000,000 for the 310,000,000,000 for the boomer, and the remainder 60,000,000 for the 60,000,000,000 for the boomer’s lease).

C. From July 2013, the Plaintiff and D had the Defendants operate the bather of the instant case and provide customers with the following services.

The Defendants paid KRW 5,00,000 to the Plaintiff in total with respect to the operation of the instant bathing hall from July 2013 to January 2014.

E. Around March 30, 2014, the Defendants discontinued the operation of the instant bather and did not provide the customers with a timely service.

F. On the other hand, on July 25, 2013, Defendant B drafted, on September 30, 2013, the principal amounting to KRW 50,00,000, and the maturity date of repayment to the Plaintiff as the third copy of the interest month (hereinafter “the instant loan certificate”), and Defendant C signed his signature on the right side of the Defendant B’s signature, which is in the name column of the said loan certificate, at the Plaintiff’s request, around February 26, 2014.
