Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around November 24, 2017, at around 01:45, the Defendant sexually insultingd the victim by openly insulting the victim, on the ground that: (a) the victim was a victim who was dispatched to the site after receiving a report of 112 that he was “C” in front of Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government located in B; (b) the victim was requested by the police officer affiliated with the D police station of Gangseo-gu Seoul Police Station to present an identification card from E; and (c) a large number of police officers are passing by the reporter, the reporter, who was requested to do so; and (d) the victim was able to take care of the fact that the victim was fried, friened, fried, fried, and friened.”

The Defendant interfered with the performance of official duties at the time, time, and place specified in paragraph 1 as above, and obstructed the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties in relation to the handling of the reported case, by assaulting the said E’s arms by hand, cutting them on several occasions, and assaulting the E’s arms on several occasions.
