On May 17, 2016, at around 22:15, the Defendant driven B 125 cc, while under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.154% in the section of approximately 500 meters from 23 Do, Songpa-gu Seoul Olympic Games, from 23 Do to 44 Do, the same Olympic Games.
