Defendant

A is a person who has become a customer of convenience store B, and victim C (the remaining, 55 years old) is a person who operates the above convenience store.

On September 14, 2020, around 02:20, the Defendant did not write Mack on the B convenience points located in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D, and the Defendant requested the victim to write Mack in relation to the prevention of infectious diseases. The Defendant, “I write Mack.”

As the victim refuses to sell an article in the manner that he/she would not sell it, the defendant abused the victim with verbal abuse and abusive language, and assaulted him/her by threatening long-term face with several hands.
