Defendant C, 1), to Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant), KRW 47,035,560, as well as KRW 2).

1. Basic facts

A. The parties concerned Plaintiff A is a person who operates manufacturing and selling business, such as bathing rooms and straws used for kitchen supplies, with the trade name “F” in Bupyeong-gu, Sincheon-si, and Plaintiff B (hereinafter “B”) is a company converting Plaintiff A’s business entity into a corporation on December 24, 2013, and the Defendants are continuously supplied with goods, such as straws, from the Plaintiffs.

B. As shown in attached Form 1, Plaintiff A supplied KRW 235,941,320 in total to Defendant C from August 31, 2010 to December 24, 2013. From August 31, 2010 to January 24, 2014, Plaintiff C received KRW 188,905,760 out of the price of the above goods at least 40 times as listed in attached Form 1, and Plaintiff B supplied the above goods at KRW 16,256,830 in total to Defendant C from December 31, 2013 to July 31, 2014.

C. Defendant D’s goods transaction 1) is engaged in the main goods manufacturing business with the trade name “I” in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon. From July 2010 to June 2013, Defendant D was supplied with content and other goods by the Plaintiff from July 31, 2010, and Defendant D was supplied with content and other goods from the Plaintiffs from September 2013, when it was engaged in the main goods manufacturing business with the trade name “J” at the same place after closure of the said “I.” Meanwhile, Defendant D was the mother of Defendant D, and Defendant D was supplied with part of the previous goods to Plaintiff B, not from July 31, 2010 to June 30, 2013, and the Defendant supplied Plaintiff B with the goods from the Plaintiff on March 31, 2013 to the Plaintiff’s supply of the goods to Plaintiff B from March 31, 2013 to June 30, 2013.
