All appeals shall be dismissed.

The costs of appeal are assessed against the Defendants.

The grounds of appeal are examined.

Inasmuch as an appeal is sought to revoke or change a judgment disadvantageous to himself/herself in favor of himself/herself, the appeal against the judgment in full favor of him/her shall not be permitted as it has no objects or benefits to file an appeal.

(See Supreme Court Decision 201Da34071 Decided August 25, 2011). According to the reasoning of the lower judgment, it is evident that the lower court dismissed all the Plaintiff’s claims against the Defendants. As such, the final appeal filed by the Defendants against the Plaintiff is unlawful as there is no benefit in the final appeal.

Therefore, all appeals by the Defendants are dismissed, and the costs of appeal are assessed against the losing parties. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
