A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
Attached Nos. 2 and 6 of the No. 2 shall be included in the attached list of seized articles.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On March 28, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. in the Seoul Central District Court on September 29, 2013 and completed the execution of the sentence in the Seoul Southern Prison.
1. On August 23, 2014, at around 16:20 on August 23, 2014, the Defendant: (a) putd in the victim C and the victim D’s house in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul; (b) opened a Raber (30cm in length) which was in possession of the toilet window in advance; (c) opened the window inside a house, and intrudes the victims’ house into the victims’ residence; and (d) opened a TG Triang Nowon-gu computer with the market price of KRW 1,00,000, the victim C owned at that place; and (b) cut off the victim’s Samsung Northern computer with the 50,000,000 won at the market price of KRW 50,00,00.
2. On August 28, 2014, around 13:30 on August 28, 2014, the Defendant: (a) entered the victim F’s house in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, into the house through the toilet window, and intrudes on the victim’s residence; (b) one hond, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 500,000, and one hond, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 150,000; (c) one hond, the two hond, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 40,000; and (d) three honds and honds in the unsat
3. On August 29, 2014, at around 16:00, the Defendant committed the crime against the Victim H, the Defendant invadedd the Victim H’s residence in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and divers prepared in advance on the victim’s think of theft of property ( approximately 30cm in length). On September 1, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 15:00 on September 1, 2014, at the time of the Victim J’s home located in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, set off the glass door of the rooftop auxiliary entrance, which was locked, to the victim’s house (30cm in length) and went into the victim’s house, and intrudes the victim’s house after the order; (b) 1,20,000 won in cash, which is the market price owned by the victim.
