A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a car in his own Cystren.

1. On December 16, 2017, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (do referred to as the "Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes" and the violation of the Road Traffic Act (hereinafter referred to as the "accident"), driving the above vehicle around 06:15 on December 16, 2017, and driving the said vehicle at a non-speed speed depending on the direction of the string MBC bank in the apartment room where the intersection of the 2nd line is convenient.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by the above occupational negligence, sustained injury to the victim, such as salt and tensions, which require approximately two weeks of medical treatment, and, at the same time, did not immediately stop the damaged vehicle and take appropriate measures, such as aiding the damaged person, even though repair costs equivalent to KRW 3,058,912 were damaged to the extent that the damaged vehicle was damaged.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) driven the said rocketing car at approximately 4 km-ro, 410 km-ro, 31-5, a Pacific Apartment-ro, 410 km-ro, without the driver’s license of the vehicle at the time indicated in paragraph 1, through the place of accident described in paragraph 1.

3. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;

Nevertheless, the Defendant operated the said rocketing car which was not covered by mandatory insurance at the time and place specified in paragraph 2.
