If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 19, 2013, the Defendant driven the instant vehicle from the yellow dynasium in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, while under the influence of alcohol 0.177% at around 19:05, the Defendant driven the said vehicle from the yellow dynasium in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, and driven the said vehicle to the front day of the Sejong Saemaul dynasium, located in the same 134-5.
