Punishment of the crime

The defendant was a child care teacher of the D Child Care Center in Jung-Eup City C.

1. On July 18, 2017, the Defendant violated the Child Uniforms Act (physical abuse) around 10:25, on the ground that the Defendant interfered with the victim E ( South, 4 years old) who is a child attending the above child care center and attempted to get out of the specified zone during the class, etc., by gathering the victim’s body by hand, putting the victim’s two arms into the front seat of the said classroom and then leaving the front seat of the said classroom, resulting in the victim’s injury on the part of the said classroom, she faced with the victim’s ambat, which requires approximately two-day medical treatment, such as the high ambat and the tension of the other parts specified above.

As a result, the Defendant committed physical abuse that may injure the body of a child victim or harm the health and development of the body.

2. The same year from around June 12, 2017, a defendant who violated the law of the place of child clothes ( emotional abuse)
