Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 800,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates a singing practice room in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government with the trade name of "C King practice room".

No karaoke machine business operator may sell alcoholic beverages.

Nevertheless, from around 23:10 on February 23, 2015 to 23:50 on the same day, the Defendant sold to 2 male customers who are unable to know their names in the above 8 singing practice room, three diseases of 9,000 won.

(b) No one shall, for the purpose of profit-making, drink any alcoholic beverage with a customer, provide entertainment to any customer by singing or dancing, or arrange any other person to provide such service;

Nevertheless, as the Defendant demanded two male customers who are unable to know their names at the above temporary location, the Defendant promised to pay KRW 25,00 per hour to pay KRW 25,00 per hour, and assisted women to provide entertainment to male customers by singing or dancing in the above singing practice room.
