1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 222,117,962 to the Plaintiff; and (b) KRW 6% per annum from May 23, 2013 to June 10, 2013; and (c) June 2013 to the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. On September 30, 2011, the Defendant entered into an original contract with the Korea Electric Power Corporation (hereinafter “instant construction”) with the Korea Electric Power Corporation and the Korea Electric Power Corporation (hereinafter “Korea Electric Power Corporation”).

As to the contract amount of KRW 2,643,335,00 and the construction period from October 5, 201 to January 26, 2013, the contract for the construction work under the terms and conditions that the contract was concluded (hereinafter “instant contract”).

2) The instant construction works consist of H section of 1,312 meters from D to E (hereinafter “instant primary section”) and H section of 609 meters from F to E (hereinafter “instant secondary section”).

B. (1) On February 29, 2012, the Plaintiff and the Defendant’s subcontract agreement entered into between the Defendant and the Defendant, setting the subcontract rate of 83.06% from the Defendant, and at the same time, set forth below as indicated in the table below.

As to the contract amount of KRW 70,230,00,00 for the structure works in the first and second sections (hereinafter “instant structure works”).

(2) As to the contract amount with respect to each of the above subcontracts, each of the above subcontracts shall be referred to as the “instant subcontract” collectively to the effect that the contract amount is determined as KRW 87,540,000.

(1) The Plaintiff and the Defendant agreed on the instant section between the Plaintiff and the Defendant pursuant to the agreement between the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff regarding the instant section (hereinafter “the instant section”) of the instant section of the construction period from March 1, 2012 to December 31, 2012, for the efficient construction of the instant section of the construction period, from March 1, 2012 to December 31, 2012.
