Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 2.7 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On February 1, 2009, the Defendant stated that the “F” land was expropriated in the land construction work at the Namyang-si, where the Defendant was operated by the victim E, and that the “B” land was sold to 15 million won, and that the said “B” land is sold to the victim E, as the G land was expropriated in the land construction work.

However, at the time of concluding the transfer contract with the victim, the Defendant was aware of the fact that H had already received compensation with respect to the “roadbbing area” claimed by the Defendant, and the Defendant was not subject to business registration in the compensation area at the time of operating the said “F”, and there was no fact that the employees of the land construction corporation had actually undergone the actual inspection. Therefore, it was unclear whether the said “roadbing area” belongs to the Defendant.

The defendant, in other words, receives three million won from the victim as the down payment from the seat, and later on March 5, 2009, two million won on March 5, 2009, two million won on the 13th day of the same month, one million won on the 24th day of the same month, two million won on the 31th day of the same month, and one million won on the 3
