Punishment of the crime

On September 7, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year by the Seoul Northern District Court for special intimidation, etc., but on March 20, 2017, the suspended sentence was revoked and the execution of the said sentence was terminated on January 19, 2018.

1. On March 5, 2019, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Dggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes) was arrested as a flagrant offender under suspicion of insult against two victims B, etc. by reporting at around 01:30 on March 5, 2019.
