A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[2017 Highest 2875] On March 15, 2017, the Defendant suffered injury, such as damage to the head’s reputation that requires approximately two weeks of treatment on the part of the victim, in the 671 Agricultural Product Center Dong-dong, Nam-dong, Incheon, Nam-gu, Incheon, and 671, while the victim D (44 years of age) and Si reserve, and in the part of the victim three times with his hand.

[2017 Highest 5128] Notwithstanding the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant received, administered, traded, and complained of the Metepha (the Metephopopon; hereinafter referred to as the “Metephopopon”), which is a local mental medicine, as follows.

1. On February 18, 2017, the Defendant received approximately 0.04 ghon-phones, which are 0.04 g from G, one-time drinking fraud, in the vicinity of the F hotel located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, and around 12:20 on the same day, the Defendant administered con-phones in the way of dilution with water received at the above-mentioned F hotel guest room and injection them into his own arms.

2. On February 18, 2017, the Defendant received approximately 0.04 ghon-phones containing a single-use fraud from G in the vicinity of the International Hostel located in the Dong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and around the same day, around 20:40, the Defendant administered a single-use video-phone, as above, received from G, in the manner described above.

3. On March 17, 2017, the Defendant received approximately 0.04 ghon-phones, which come from G, one time from G, in the vicinity of Kelher in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan CityJ, and around the same day, received approximately 0.04 gon-phones, which come from the instant Kelter’s fraud, around 21:00.

4. On March 20, 2017, the Defendant: (a) received approximately 0.04 ghon-phones containing a disposable fraud from G in the vicinity of Kelel located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, from G on a short-time basis; (b) around 19:30 on the same day, the Defendant administered the instant phiphones, which were received in the said Kel room, in the foregoing manner.

5. On June 21, 2017, the Defendant is running in front of the Dong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City L apartment around 103, Dong-gu around 14:00.
