Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.
Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Around July 4, 2017, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (such as a driver’s assault, etc.) committed assault on two occasions against the victim’s right shoulder due to his/her left trade part, on the ground that he/she was in danger of the victim who tried to get out of the said taxi in the instant taxi located in Daegu North-gu, Daegu North-gu pursuant to the new subparagraph, when he/she continued to get out of the scheduled destination while getting out of the victim’s C taxi in line with the victim’s C taxi in line with the said subparagraph.
2. When the victim B, who was assaulted by the Defendant, moved the cab to the edge of the road, such as the date and time set forth in paragraph 1, at the place set forth in paragraph 1, the Defendant damaged 30,000 won by putting an empty car sign installed in the taxi on his/her hand without any particular reason.
