Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a corporation B representative director and a person operating Internet carpet (C) related to stocks established for the purpose of selling insurance products, and D is a person who was working as the head of the Seoul area of the above carpet and served as the representative director of the E Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “E” and the present “F”) which the Defendant acquired from November 22, 2010 to September 24, 201.

From July 19, 2010 to August 16, 2010, the Defendant solicited its members to make an investment through Internet car page C, solicited its investors to trade shares, sold its profits by trading its shares, and solicited its members to distribute its profits. From July 19, 2010 to August 16, 2010, the Defendant recruited 4,257,750,000 won from 243 investors to G account (the first recruitment, fund name “H”), and from July 23, 2010 to June 15, 2012, from 308 to 308, 10, 201, 30, 10, 201, 40, 10, 201, 10, 10, 201, 40, 10, 205, 10, 206, 201, 14, 2010.
