Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 21, 2010, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 1 million as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at an Ansan Branch of the Suwon District Court on March 21, 201, and KRW 3 million as a fine in the same court on November 14, 201.

On August 2, 2016, at around 08:39, the Defendant driven B rocketing vehicles from Samsung Apartment to the front day of 24-9, 1km-dong, Samsung apartment on August 2, 2016, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.162% of blood alcohol level.
