Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. Party status 1) The Plaintiff is a company that maintains and repairs subway platform safety question, signal equipment, etc. 2) The Defendant Seoul Metro prior to the lawsuit is a public corporation established pursuant to the Local Public Enterprises Act and the Seoul Metro Ordinance on the Establishment and Operation of Seoul Metro, and whose business purposes are subway 1, 2, 3, and 4, etc. The construction and operation of subway 1, 2, 3, and the Seoul Metropolitan Government Ordinance on the Establishment and Operation of Seoul Metro. The Defendant, a litigation agent, was established in consequence of the merger with the Seoul Urban Railroad Corporation on May 31, 2017
(hereinafter referred to as “Defendant, regardless of whether before or after the merger”) B.
(1) On November 30, 201, the Plaintiff entered into a contract for the entrustment of the management of platform safety records with the Defendant to carry out the duties of the maintenance of platform platforms 1, 2, 3, and 4, with the term of contract from December 1, 2011 to May 27, 2015; the contract amount of contract is KRW 29,02,00,000; and the Plaintiff entered into a contract for the entrustment of the management of platform safety records with the Plaintiff to carry out the duties of the maintenance of platform platforms 1, 2, 3, and 4; and the contract period under the above service contract expires, May 28, 2015, the contract period from June 1, 2015 to September 30, 2016; and the contract amount is KRW 8,483,500,000,000 (hereinafter “instant platform platform”).
The instant platform safety services contract was concluded again. Since then, the contract was finally 9,105,631,344 won of the contract amount due to the change in the following table. 8,483,50,000 of the original contract amount as of May 28, 2015; 8,483,50,000 on December 30, 2015; 8,483,50,000 of the primary change; 8,969,72,075,22,22,075; 486,486,4636,4636,4636,46,4636,465,46,400 on January 8, 2016;
