Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of two years and six months and by a fine of three hundred thousand won.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On September 27, 2001, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment with prison labor and 300,000 won for larceny, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court on August 24, 2007; the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Seoul East East District Court on September 27, 201; the Defendant was sentenced to 300,000 won for two years of imprisonment with prison labor and 300,000 won for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Seoul Western District Court on December 10, 204; and the execution of the sentence was completed at the first North Western District Court on February 24, 2017.

[Criminal facts]

1. Larceny and intrusion upon residence in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes;

A. On April 12, 2017, at around 11:20, the Defendant: (a) cut the pipe, prepared in advance to live the crime prevention window installed on the window, at the home of the victim D, located in Seongdong-gu Seoul, Seongdong-gu, Seoul underground 102; and (b) intruded with the window, and (c) intruded with the victim’s garment, which is the victim’s possession stored in the clothes and the west head; (d) 1, 24k gold bars; (e) 3, 18k gold bars; (e) 2, 18k gold bars; and (e) 1, Jinju.

B. On April 12, 2017, around 13:40 on April 12, 2017, the Defendant: (a) cut the pipe installed on the window to prepare for the creative examination of the crime prevention set up in the house of Victim F, the victim F in Seongdong-gu Seoul E underground first floor; and (b) intruded into the window, and (c) carried KRW 10,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 won, which is the victim’s ownership, at the wall, at the new world department store store located therein.

On April 12, 2017, at around 14:20, the Defendant, at around 14:20, engaged in a pipe cutting, prepared in advance to live a crime prevention window installed on the window when the victim H located in Seongdong-gu Seoul underground level was located, and intruded into the window, and the cash 130,000 won, which is the victim's possession, stored in the clothes located therein, and in the west head, 4 pair, 18 k gold 18 k gold ebs, one,1,14 ebs, two gold ebs, two gold 1,14 k gold ebs, two ebs, and two ebs.
