Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

Of the facts charged in the instant case, the dismissal of prosecution was decided on April 23, 2020 by revocation of the prosecution.

On October 27, 2019, at around 19:20 on October 27, 2019, the Defendant damaged property at the market price, such as selling the Handphones of the victim C, which is subject to his criminal punishment and currency, after being in the front of the Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B building.
