1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months;

2.Provided, That the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, at the Busan-gu Busan-gu restaurant (hereinafter “instant restaurant”), committed an indecent act by force against the victim D (V, 21) who worked as part-time employee in the instant restaurant (hereinafter “instant restaurant”), on five occasions through five occasions as follows.
