Reasons

Punishment of the crime

On May 11, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a year of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny of military supplies, etc. at the Seoul High Court (Jacheon District Court Division) and the judgment became final and conclusive on August 16, 2016.

1. No person who violates the Protection and Management of Wild Fauna and Flora Act shall keep endangered wild animals in custody without the permission of the Minister of Environment;
