A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 21, 201, the Defendant: (a) issued a summary order of KRW 3.5 million on March 21, 201 to a fine of KRW 3.5 million due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Daegu District Court Kimcheon-do branch; and (b) the same year.

5. Around September, the same court was issued a summary order of KRW 5 million by a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act.

At around 00:45 on March 17, 2013, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol with 0.148% of alcohol content, driven GTS Austria, which did not report on use at approximately 300 meters from the front of the 1640-48, Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City (Seoul Special Metropolitan City), before the front of the 1640-50 day to the front road of 1421-29, the same day.

2. Around 00:50 on March 17, 2013, the Defendant: (a) driven the above GTS 2nd line road on the 1421-29th parallel of Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City by operating the said GTS 0:50 on March 17, 2013; (b) entered the safety zone installed on the median line of the said road at a speed of about 60 km; (c) as described in paragraph (1), the Defendant entered the 3rd line of the said road at a speed of about 60 km; (d) by negligence entering the safety zone under the influence of alcohol without sufficiently examining the front side and the left side of the road; (e) by negligence entering the 2nd parallel of the moving direction and changing the two-lane to one lane; (e) by using the victim C (22 years old); and (e) by using the 14210th parallel of the victim’s right-hand side of the said road at the same time, the Defendant did not own the part of the victim’s 3rd and the left side.
