[200 Highest 2824] Criminal history of the Defendant is punished by imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Daegu District Court on January 18, 2001; eight months and the same year.

Criminal facts
1. On August 10, 2020, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim B around 22:47, in order to discover a Dpoter car parkeded by the victim B in front of the Seo-gu, Seogu, Daegu, Seo-gu, Seoul, and to steal the victim’s property, the Defendant attempted to commit the crime against the victim B without having his intention to do so on the wind which the chief sentence of the above vehicle was set off.
2. On August 10, 2020, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim E at around 23:17, in front of the “G” restaurant operated by the victim E in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, the Defendant: (a) opened a locked door by using a cresh in which surveillance was neglected; and (b) intrudes the place into the said door; (c) the victim’s market price, which is 1.2 million won at the location of the victim’s possession on the calculate; (d) 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 2, 2, and 40,000 won in cash located in the calculate-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, and 40,00 won in cash, respectively.
