The Defendant committed the crime from around 03:59 on September 5, 2017 to 05:54 on the same day, and from around 03:59 on September 5, 2017 to from around 03:59 on September 5, 2017, the Defendant publicly made an obscene act at a place where many unspecified people pass through, such as cutting in the street between Goyang-gu E and 05:54.

On September 17, 2017, the Defendant committed a crime around 03:40 on September 17, 2017, the Defendant publicly obscenity committed an obscene act at a place where many and unspecified people pass through, such as by inserting a fluor in the street between Gyeyang-gu and Soyang-gu E on September 17, 2017.
