A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On July 3, 2016, at around 23:09, the Defendant requested the police to be called up to the “C cafeteria” located in B, Chungcheongnam-si. Around that time, the Defendant was asked for questioning of the police officer E, etc., who was called up after receiving a report.
