The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. Around January 21, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 21:40 on Jeju Island, the Defendant: (b) brought a dispute with the victim E (the age of 67) and the extension of accommodation in the “Dmotoel” located in the Host City; (c) assaulted the victim by booming the victim’s breath with his hand.
