A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a C-learning car.

On September 11, 2016, the Defendant driven the said car without obtaining a driver’s license of the said car and driven the front side road of the D Building in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City at a speed of about 30 km from the direction of the convenience store in the direction of the convenience store in the direction of the Sindo elementary school.

Ultimately, the Defendant caused the victim’s death by occupational negligence on September 15, 2016, by 56 at the same number of Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, the same number of Bupyeong-gu.
