Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a holder of Bchip XG car, who is engaged in driving service of the said car.

1. On June 16, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act at around 12:04, without inserting the direction direction, etc., while driving the three-lane road along the third-lane road in the direction of YudIC in the direction of the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, the Defendant caused a traffic danger by changing the vehicle into the same line without turning the direction, etc. when changing the vehicle from the vehicle in front of C (Nam, 38 years old) driving to the two-lane, or when changing the vehicle in order for the said horse vehicle to pass ahead on more than five to six occasions.

Accordingly, the defendant was scambling.

2. It is obvious that the “Violation of the Automobile Management Act” as stated in the indictment for violating the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act is a clerical error.

No motor vehicle owner shall operate any motor vehicle that has not been covered by mandatory insurance.

Nevertheless, the Defendant operated the said vehicle from October 19, 2015 to the temporary border stipulated in paragraph (1) above, on the roads, etc. stated in Gwangju City and paragraph (1).
