Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On December 26, 2008, the Defendant was notified of a summary order of KRW 1 million by the Suwon District Court due to the violation of the Road Traffic Act, and on August 19, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for one year and two years of suspended execution.
1. On June 11, 2012, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (Driving without a license) and the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) driving license around 23:43, the Defendant driven a 2km-man car from the front day of the mutual influence in the 2km-si, Yan-dong, Yan-dong, Yan-dong, Yan-si, in a state of under the influence of alcohol with a 0.068% alcohol concentration in the blood.
