1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 50,000,000 for the Plaintiff and 5% per annum from January 1, 2017 to November 14, 2017; and (b) the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in attached Form;
2. Grounds for recognition: The fact that no dispute exists (the defendant does not dispute the fact that he/she borrowed a total of KRW 50 million from the plaintiff);
3. Period of reimbursement: There is no evidence supporting the plaintiff's claim regarding the period of reimbursement.
However, according to the statement in Gap evidence No. 2, the defendant voluntarily expressed his intention to repay the above money by at least 2016, and thereby, the defendant has an obligation to repay 50 million won until December 31, 2016.
Nevertheless, this has not been repaid. Accordingly, from January 1, 2017, 5% of the legal interest should be borne by the court.
