Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. 1) The Defendant is an organization established for the purpose of promoting common interests of shop occupants (sectional owners and users) in Jinju-si, and the sectional owners and users of the above commercial building shall be the members of the Defendant when acquiring their rights, and the number of stores shall be 305.
