A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On May 3, 2019, at around 14:08, the Defendant was subject to parking control against 2 vehicles for business in front of Seoul, the parking administration of the Seoul Cgu Office and affiliated illegal parking and stopping control D, and the Defendant told D, who said D, saying, “Chose, embling or drinking so that fats can stop all fats, and live.” The Defendant saw D’s fat, fatd D’s fat, and led D’s fat.”
As a result, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning parking regulation of illegal parking/stopman.
