A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On March 3, 2015, the Defendant received a report of 112 to the effect that he was seated (Defendant) and asked two police officers belonging to the police box called out, asked questions about his personal information, but refused to answer the questions. On the other hand, the Defendant expressed a call to “I have no house to open” and sing down his singing, etc. at the police box of the Changwon Police Station located in the front city.

On March 3, 2015, when the Defendant refused to verify the above personal information at the above police box around 20:40, the Defendant: (a) carried out a computer monitor for business use, which is a case of public goods installed above the protocol; and (b) destroyed monitoring that is used by public offices with a market price of 176,000 won and damaged its utility.
