A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From around 2005, the Defendant had been hospitalized in a mental hospital at least once a year, and had been treated for drugs at all times.

Around 1:50 on January 25, 2016, in the Defendant’s residence located in Gwangju-si, Gwangju-si, the Defendant thought that he does not see television channels to be reported by his father (59 years old), father and mother E (57 years old), and that he does not want to see the Defendant, while having weak capacity to discern things or make decisions due to such mental disorder. In so doing, the Defendant took over 10cm in length (10cm in blade length) of the victim D, and continuously took part in the victim D’s knife part toward the victim D, and continuously took part in the victim’s knife’s knife, including the left part of the victim’s E, who met with this disorder, and caused damage to the victim’s knife and knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knif.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous articles and inflicted bodily injury on the victims who continue to exist.
