Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

Around 00:49 on August 14, 2019, the Defendant reported false matters such as “inwardly installed explosives to the Ministry of National Defense” to the police 112 reporting center using mobile phones near the Taecheoncheon-gu, Nowon-gu, which was located in the offset Dong, thereby interfering with legitimate execution of duties of the police officer regarding the handling of the said 14 police officer’s 112 reported case by deceptive means, by having the police officers called “in the same manner, they have installed explosives to the Ministry of National Defense.”
