Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was aware of sexual traffic with the victim D (n, 38 years of age) who is an employee of the “Criju shop” located in the Busan East-gu, Busan, for about five years prior to the end of the year, and was engaged in sexual traffic over several times each month until December 2017.
