Punishment of the crime

On May 30, 2016, at around 16:15, the Defendant started from the one-luminous fishery parking lot located in the male Dong in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, and operated approximately KRW 1 km sections B without a driver’s license to the front road of the Changwon District Prosecutors’ Office located in the central Dong of the same Gu.
