1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for 50,000,000 won and 20% per annum from June 9, 2005 to September 30, 2015.

1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and

2. Applicable provisions of Acts: The statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Evasion for Part-Time Fishing Grounds shall be recognized only as calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from June 9, 2005 to September 30, 2015, as the provisions concerning the statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Evasion for Legal Proceedings were promulgated on September 25, 2015 and enforced from October 1, 2015, and it shall be dismissed only as calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the next day to the day of complete payment, and the excess portion shall be dismissed.
