The defendant's appeal is dismissed.
Reasons
1. The decision of the court below is too unreasonable to punish the defendant as to the summary of the grounds for appeal.
2. The lower court determined the Defendant’s punishment on the grounds of sentencing as stated in its reasoning. In full view of the circumstances stated by the lower court and all the sentencing conditions in the proceedings of the instant case, the lower court’s punishment is too unreasonable.
Therefore, the defendant's assertion is without merit.
3. In conclusion, the defendant's appeal of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act since it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
