1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiffs are parents of I (J) and I died on August 13, 2014. The Defendants are insurance companies that concluded an insurance contract with the deceased I as the insured.
B. 1) The Plaintiff B and the network I enter into an insurance contract with the Defendants as indicated below (hereinafter “each of the instant insurance contracts”).

MI legal heir N on March 17, 2010 NI legal heir N on March 22, 2010, I I legal heir P on March 2, 2010, the I legal heir FY Co., Ltd. was merged into FF Corporation on April 20, 2009 with the insurance proceeds of death of BI legal heir on April 16, 2010, or the insurance proceeds of BI legal heir on April 20, 2010, each of the instant insurance contracts of death of BI legal heir on April 20, 2010 or on April 18, 2010, respectively.
C. The deceased I received treatment process and death of the deceased I (1) from Z Hospital on July 29, 2014 at the left-hand culp removal surgery on the left-hand culposis in both sides, and (2) on August 1, 2014, he/she received culp removal surgery on the right-hand culp removal surgery on August 1, 2014; and (3) on August 8, 2014, he/she did not stop culp after the operation as above; (4) he/she was diagnosed by adult ethyl disease on August 8, 2014, and was hospitalized into AA Hospital, but was hospitalized on August 2014.
