Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

A person with an electronic device installed shall not arbitrarily separate or damage the electronic device from his/her body during the period of attachment of the electronic device, interfere with its propagation, alter data received, or otherwise impair its utility;

1. On February 8, 2012, around 08:42, the Defendant sent out the electronic device with a portable tracking device at Asan-si, Asan-si, 104 Dong 1307, which is his/her own residence, in a way that he/she does not possess a portable tracking device for 11:16 minutes and 16 minutes in total until he/she returns home.

2. On July 22, 2012, the Defendant, around 13:19, destroyed all of them due to neglect of charging and managing a portable tracking device, and at around 14:04 on the same day, the Defendant had the utility of an electronic device by way of missing a total of 45 minutes until employees of a probation office are dispatched to the site and take emergency charging measures.

3. On September 28, 2012, around 13:58, the Defendant sent out the electronic device with a portable tracking device at Asan-si, Asan-si, 104 Dong 1307, which is one’s own residence, in a way that the Defendant did not carry a portable tracking device for 24 minutes in total until 14:22 of the same day.

4. On October 2, 2012, at around 20:45, the Defendant sent out the electronic device with a portable tracking device at Asan-si, Asan-si, 104 Dong 1307, which is one’s own residence, in a way that the Defendant did not carry a portable tracking device for a total of 29 minutes until 21:14 of the same day.

5. On October 26, 2012, at around 05:07, the Defendant sent out the electronic device with a portable tracking device at Asan-si, Asan-si, 104 dong 1307, which is one’s own residence, and had the effectiveness of the electronic device lost approximately 17 minutes signal until returning home at around 05:24 on the same day.

6. On March 11, 2013, the Defendant lost the device near the c apartment 107 suspender of his/her residence with a portable tracking device management neglect around 17:50 on the same day, and at around 21:01 on the same day, the Defendant’s portable tracking device for 3:11 minutes in total until the recovery of the device.
