Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 5, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for a crime of fraud, etc. in the Goyang Branch of the District Court, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on December 27, 2012.

1. The Defendant accepted the bill with the intent to make compensation for false entry into public electronic records, etc., and false entry into false electronic records, etc., from a disguised marriage hub B in 2009, to the effect that he would make a disguised marriage with Vietnam.

On October 8, 2010, the Defendant, upon the direction of the above B, prepared a marriage report stating false facts, such as C, in the husband column, and submitted it to the public official in charge of family relationship who is not aware of the circumstances, along with a written recognition of requirements for marriage, and immediately made the public official in charge of family relationship enter false facts in the family relationship information system, which is a public electronic record, and exercised it at the same location immediately.

2. No person who violates the Immigration Control Act shall file a false application for a visa or a visa issuance certificate, or assist such application to allow any foreigner to enter the Republic of Korea;

After filing a false marriage report in the manner described in the above 1.3, the Defendant: (a) although he was well aware that the actual purpose of entry of C was employment, upon obtaining a marriage certificate, family relation certificate, etc. necessary to apply for a visa, and C filed an application for a false entry visa with the above C, which entered into the Republic of Korea with the purpose of entry at the Embassy of Vietnam on October 26, 2010, accompanied by a false marriage certificate, etc.
